MINUTES OF THE MEETING
o At 7:05PM, it was decided that the group is at a quorum by Kuya Dexter based on the 25 members in attendance
o Kuya Jun Heolin called for a silent prayer for the passing of the father of Kuya Nash Domagay, Sr.
o Kuya Jun Heolin then called the meeting to order o Kuya Leo Tiin recited the Philippine Eagles Prayer
o Bunso Khert Claveria led the singing of the Philippine National Anthem
o Kuya Malick Macabato led the singing of the Philippine Eagles Hymn
o Kuya Jack Apale gave the welcome address and then, Kuya Dexter gave the acknowledgment of members
o Kuya Jun Heolin then had the President’s time
o Kuya Leo Tiin then gave the Treasurer’s Report since Kuya Arnold Mulig was absent.
o Kuya Dexter read the minutes of the 2nd GMM which
/ Kuya Lito called for amendment which was opposed by Kuya Malick
/ Kuya Lito called for rephrasing “No Drinking of Alcohol prior to start of GMM at the conference room but outside is allowed”
/ Kuya Cesar commented that the so-called Philippine Eagles Universal Prayer is not in the Magna Carta and it is still called an Ecumenical Prayer
/ Kuya Nash Domagay Sr told the body that he is the proponent of the term Universal Prayer from Ecumenical Prayer and was approved during the 2012 3rd National Congress
/ Kuya Malick suggested that it should be termed to Philippine Eagles’ Prayer and was approved by the majorityü Kuya Lito then moved for the approval of the minutes provided the suggestions are integrated and was seconded by Kuya Leo
o The Agenda was then moved for approval by Kuya Lito and was seconded by Kuya Frank
o Kuya Jun Heolin then proceeded with the Agenda which was the following:

/ Kuya Reden presented the website which is around 70% complete at that time
/ Kuya Lito motioned that the list of Past Club Presidents must be included and was seconded by Kuya Walter
/ Acknowledgment Receipt- Presented by Kuya Leo Tiin
Presented by Kuya Leo Tiin and moved for approval by Kuya Nash Sr and was seconded by Kuya Freddie Ybanez
/ Club T-shirt- Presented by Kuya Leo Tiin
Kuya Leo said that there is no available black color at Modtradefor Class A
Kuya Reden suggested Navy Blue as an alternative and was supported by Kuya Lito
Kuya Romy also supports Kuya Reden but a design must be presented by Kuya Reden
Kuya Lito moved for the approval of the Navy Blue color and was seconded by Kuya Lyttle
Kuya Reden then clarified that there is an existing approved design
Kuya Lyttle called for presentation of the design next GMM
/ Venue and Schedule- - Presented by Kuya Leo Tiin
Kuya Leo suggested Jollibee Tubod Branch as the next venue on the same GMM schedule which is 1st Friday of the month and with the following considerations: a 2-hour time-limit, P3000 in food expenses, and this is still a subject for observation.
Kuya Nash supports Kuya Leo for the 4th GMM
Kuya Malick moved for the approval of Kuya Leo’s suggestion and was seconded by Kuya Walter.
/ Recruitment via 5 Is- - Presented by Kuya Jun Heolin
Kuya Jun Heolin called for a creation of a recruitment committee
Kuya Malick asks for the opinion of Kuya Cesar since he is the former NMR2 PEIL Executive Director
Kuya Cesar commented and moved on modification of the 5 Is during execution wherein it is orientation 1st before the actual initiation: PEIL Orientation at #3 as the 1st part of the initiation process instead of being placed at #5 and was seconded by Kuya Lito.
Kuya Lito moved that Kuya Jun Ruiz is the head of the recruitment committee and was seconded by Kuya Loloy
Kuya Leo Tiin said that other members be nominated and Kuya Loloy was nominated by Kuya Leo.
Kuya Loloy opted for membership of the said committee but Kuya Jun Heolin appointed Kuya Loloy as vice-chairman.
Kuya Cesar suggested that the future members will take oath during the 2014 Philippine Eagles’ Week.
Other Matters
/Information on the cash at the Iligan City Eagles Credit Cooperative by Kuya Loloy
Kuya Loloy asks for update of the cash during the fund-raising which is around P300000 and in a 50-50 split with Metro Iligan Eagles Club.
Kuya Walter supports for update via a monthly/annual report on the status of the said money.
Kuya Lito reminded the body that the money is an investment and is earning interest and is still in existence.
Kuya Lito added that there is a board resolution that the money is intended for nothing else but the building of the Eagles’s Nest by ICEC and MIEC and cannot be diverted since legal actions will transpire for doing so.
Kuya Reden called for a deposit certificate signed by the appropriate persons which was supported by Kuya Malick.
Kuya Leo Tiin asks for the turnover of the said resolution of 15 per annum with the investment.
Kuya Cesar asks for appropriate documents.
Kuya Gerard moved for the presence of the cooperative officers on the next GMM and was seconded by Kuya Reden in order to provide enlightenment on the status of the said fund.
/And then, no other matters were discussed and Kuya Jun Heolin closed the discussion of the agenda.
/Kuya Lito led the Eagles’ Pledge and Kuya Romy led the Eagles’ Toast.
/Kuya Jun Heolin then adjourned the meeting by 9:15 PM
